Michigan founded business Grand Traverse Pie Company will be offering a free slice of ABC pie with any purchase. ABC pie is made from Michigan apples, blueberries, and cherries. The company has made it very clear that they want to help celebrate this epic pi day and partnered with the Michigan Agriculture Education to celebrate math, education, and agriculture.

For those looking to really capture the essence of pies on Pi Day, head to downtown Midland. The Midland Downtown Business Association is hosting “Pie Oh My Day” with free samples from more than a dozen bakers to celebrate Pi Day. The event runs from 11am to 3pm.

The hands on science museum is hosting a Pi Day celebration during business hours of 10am to 5pm. Kids will be able to partake in Pi themed activities and challenges on this special once in a lifetime day. Admission to the Science Center is $7 for adults and children over the age of one. This event will also feature ABC pies from Grand Traverse Pie Company.
